According to Section 409(h)(1)(C) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, food contact substance notifications (FCNs) are effective only for the listed manufacturer and its customers. Other manufacturers must submit their own FCN for the same food contact substance and intended use.
Food Contact Substance: Poly[(tricyclo[5.2.1.0(2,6)]decane-3,5-diyl-ethylene)-co-(bicyclo[3.3.0]octane-2,4-diyl-ethylene)- co-(tricyclo[6.4.0.0(2,6)]dodecane-3,5-diyl-ethylene)].

Intended Use: As a plastic base resin to be employed in the manufacture of food-contact articles intended for repeat-use.
