According to Section 409(h)(1)(C) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, food contact substance notifications (FCNs) are effective only for the listed manufacturer and its customers. Other manufacturers must submit their own FCN for the same food contact substance and intended use.

Intended Use: The FCS is intended for use as a resin in the manufacture of food contact articles intended for single and repeat use.
Limitations/Specifications: The food contact substance (FCS) is intended to be used in articles intended for single and repeat-use in contact with food types I-IX under Conditions of Use A through H, and J (cooking temperatures above 250oC) as described in Tables 1 and 2.
