Corn protein

Intended Use: Intended for use as a source of protein and for additional technical effects including use as a stabilizer and thickener, formulation aid (binder, filler), and emulsifier, in baked goods, pasta, dairy product analogs, fruit and water ices, margarine-type spreads, nut butters and reduced-fat peanut butter, meal replacement drinks, and shakes at levels up to 5-10%; snack foods (including cereal bars, crackers, chips, pretzels) at levels up to 15%; ready-to-eat (RTE) cereals at levels up to 30%; meal replacement and protein bars at levels up to 25%; meat analogs and plant protein products at levels up to 40%; processed meats at levels up to 7%; cream-based sauces at levels up to 1.5%; mixed dishes with sauces at levels up to 0.08%; and batter/breading/coating mixes for frying at levels up to 2%.
