Intended Use: For use as an ingredient in bread, toasted bread, cereals, cookies, tortillas, baguettes, doughnuts, bagels, biscuits, pizza crust, crackers, wheat-based snacks, extruded snacks and other snack foods, extruded snacks and other snack foods, French fried potatoes, potato chips, formed potato products, potato-based snack foods, coffee, and coffee substitutes at levels ranging from 0.5 to 5% (on a dry weight basis) to reduce acrylamide formation during production.
