Intended Use: Intended for use as a carbohydrate source, sucrose replacement, or as a replacement for other sweeteners in baked foods and baking mixes, beverages and bars (energy, snack, and sports nutrition), cereal-based products, confectionary and frostings, chewing gum, condiments, dairy products (frozen desserts, ice creams and yogurts), desserts (gelatins, puddings, etc.), fruit and water ices, spreads, snack foods, sweet sauces and syrups at levels ranging from 0.1% to 10% by weight.
