Intended Use: For use as a flavor enhancer, formulation aid, humectant, nutritive sweetener, stabilizer and thickener, sequestrant, or texturizer in baked goods and baking mixes; alcoholic beverages; beverage and beverage bases; breakfast cereals; chewing gum; condiments and relishes; dairy product analogs; fats and oils; frozen dairy desserts and mixes; fruit and water ices; gelatins, puddings, and filings; hard candy; jams and jellies; milk products; processed fruits and fruit juices; snack foods; soft candy; sugar substitutes; and sweet sauces, toppings, and syrups at a concentration ranging from 3 to 99 percent.
