According to Section 409(h)(1)(C) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, food contact substance notifications (FCNs) are effective only for the listed manufacturer and its customers. Other manufacturers must submit their own FCN for the same food contact substance and intended use.
Food Contact Substance: Adipic acid, polymer with 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, bis(2-ethylhexyl) ester.

Intended Use: As a plasticizer for rubber articles complying with Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 177.2600 Rubber articles intended for repeated use.
Limitations/Specifications: To be used at levels not exceeding the minimum amount needed to accomplish the intended technical effect.
