According to Section 409(h)(1)(C) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, food contact substance notifications (FCNs) are effective only for the listed manufacturer and its customers. Other manufacturers must submit their own FCN for the same food contact substance and intended use.

Intended Use: In the manufacture of can end cements complying with 21 CFR 175.300(b)(3)(xxxi)
Limitations/Specifications: The finished can end cements may contain up to 30 percent by weight of the terpolymer and the finished cans produced with the use of these cements may be used in contact with all types of food under Conditions of Use A through H, defined under Table 2 of 21 CFR 175.300(d).
