Intended Use: Intended for use as a flavoring agent and source of protein at levels up to 2 g per serving in gravies; at levels up to 5 g per serving in mayonnaise and other condiments, tomato-based juices, popcorn, pretzels, chips, and crackers; at levels up to 10 g per serving in soups; and at levels up to 20 g per serving in nutrition bars, protein drinks and protein powder mixes, ready-to-drink meal replacement and nutritional beverages, and medical foods; and at levels up to 2% (w/w) in seasonings for meat coatings and rubs and in seasoning pastes.
